Taking the industry by storm, Dave Mitchell is a media mogul bridging the gap between those with big dreams and those who dare to make their dream a reality. Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Dave knew at a young age that music was an important part of his make-up.

At the age of 6, legends like Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson captivated his ear as he was intrigued by their craft to transform music that you heard into music that you felt. His curiosity in learning from other musicians, led Dave to recognize his musical gift to create a world of music that evolves from the imagination from feeling and not just lyrics.

Dave first developed his love for music through drums. As a drummer, playing for local churches in Chicago, he learned how to connect sound to emotion. As he played, he saw sound in color patterns that created a celestial picture. As he grew older, Dave understood that he had a unique way to connect with sound that’s custom designed for his gift. Dave calls this “Creation of Reality”.

Dave, also known as Eight Note, is a musician, drummer, song-writer, and producer – both live and studio sound, with over 25 years of experience. Dave’s core driver is collaboration. He’s motivated by helping people learn from life lessons and get an understanding of who they are and stirs up the gift inside of them.

Dave is a connector, collaborator, and mogul. His mission is to bring out the best in people and to encourage them to renew their mind to endless possibilities.
